Welcome to DesiCravings! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our food delivery platform and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Service Description

DesiCravings is a food delivery platform that connects customers with local restaurants. We facilitate online ordering, payment processing, and delivery coordination.

1.2 User Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person/mobile number is allowed
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service

1.3 Order Placement and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and restaurant approval
• Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes
• Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Delivery charges apply for orders below ₹99

2. Delivery Policy

2.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following areas:

• Khandwa
• Jhanjha
• Sagwa
• Dhani Khatoti
• Ghaseda

2.2 Delivery Times

• Standard delivery time: 30-60 minutes
• Delivery times may vary based on distance and order volume
• We provide estimated delivery times for tracking purposes

2.3 Delivery Charges

• FREE delivery on orders ₹99 and above
• ₹20 delivery charge for orders below ₹99

3. Referral Program

3.1 How It Works

Share your unique referral code with friends and family. When they place their first order, you earn rewards based on their order value:

• ₹120+ first order: You get FREE Coca-Cola 250ML
• ₹249+ first order: You get FREE Classic Veg Burger
• ₹499+ first order: You get FREE Chilli Potato

3.2 Reward Terms

• Rewards are valid for 7 days from the date earned
• Only one reward can be claimed per order
• Rewards cannot be used for orders containing only free items
• Friend's order must be delivered successfully to earn rewards

4. Privacy Policy

4.1 Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide our services:

• Personal Information: Name, mobile number, delivery address
• Order Information: Food preferences, order history, payment details
• Location Information: Delivery addresses and village information

4.2 How We Use Your Information

• Process and deliver your food orders
• Send order updates via SMS/WhatsApp
• Improve our services and customer experience
• Provide customer support
• Send promotional offers (with your consent)

4.3 Information Sharing

We DO NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only with:

• Partner restaurants to fulfill your orders
• Delivery personnel for order delivery
• Legal authorities if required by law

4.4 Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive orders
• Ensure someone is present at the delivery location
• Do not misuse voucher codes or referral programs
• Treat delivery staff and restaurant staff with respect
• Report any issues with orders promptly through our support channels

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Using invalid or fraudulent payment information
• Harassment of staff or other users
• Attempting to hack or compromise our platform
• Sharing account credentials with others

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Abuse of promotional offers or referral programs
• Repeated order cancellations or non-payment

8. Limitation of Liability

DesiCravings acts as an intermediary between customers and restaurants. We are not responsible for:

• Food quality, preparation, or safety (restaurant responsibility)
• Delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
• Allergic reactions or dietary restrictions not communicated

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
